I think, and this is just a thought so far, that sponsors should give out some free content to new webmasters starting out on their program. Sort of a welcome package to get them started, not alot but something to help promote both the sponsor and the new webmaster. They could easily generate a random set from within one of their sites. But after that let them buy it.
