Of course, from a simple "ease of use" POV, having one processor that handles everything would be easiest, which is why a lot of programs processing via CCBill do it that way.

Just wanted to copy and paste this which I posted on a UK board earlier today,
Some times I cant understand why programme owners forget they should really focus on retention.
May I ask what system you are moving to? What you are explaining seems to happen a lot here in the UK, people move to new affiliate systems which saves a few points on the processing fees though then have to deal with all the admin in house.
What I am learning since seeing a couple of programmes leave CCBill is that the payout dates are really sparadic and often require chasing. You seem to be understanding of your affiliates by leaving the old tours in place.
Would it therefore not be advantageuos of you to offer webmasters two options even if its till you are able to cut and ship your own cheques? Outpayments to your affiliates is a big responsibility one that I feel programme owners are quick to move down their list of things to do.
Chqs still remain the best way to get, easy to record and simple to bank no matter what currency they turn up in.
I hope some of this is helpful to you, what I have wrote is based on real experience, I am sure you have thought all this through but if I stumbled across a programme that offered just EP payout I would be very concerned at its stability.
This may sound really harsh but I think you could do your business real harm by turning your back on CCBill.
