As long as you realize that there tends to a powerful correlation between price and quality, you can shop around find dedicated boxes at Wal-Mart prices. Of course, you'll have to get used to dealing with Wal-Mart-like long lines for tech support and less than helpful responses. If you are daring enough to go unmanaged you can dig up amazing prices.
