I got an e-mail today from West Cash:
"Dear webmasters!
We have two announcements for you!
First,
Due to lack of payments from the billings system Verotel we have to pay you money from our own earnings. We are committed to pay you everything which is held by Verotel but it’s going to take some time, hopefully we
manage to wipe off debts during two months. At worst our fist payment will be made on the 8th of September, it depends on the payment of the billing system Standartpay.
Perhaps we’ll start paying earlier. Accept our apologies and please be ready to wait.
Second,
Support was not working for a week because of health problems so could you please resend all your messages to ICQ and email."
