I don't get this thread at all! I also see a few sites listed there that I submit to that don't have a backlog.
I submit free sites all the time. I submit and forget for the most part. The link lists that send me the most traffic if I don't get listed sometimes I'll ask why. If I stopped to check and see if I was listed every where I submit to I'd never get anything done! As far as who refers me the most traffic is easy for me. It's the same sites more or less every month that are in my stats. I figure the other ones I submit to send me traffic also or will some day.
As far as back log goes it's a ok thing. I have found that a lot of my sales will come from my sites that get listed a month after I post them.
I not a big player in this game I'm a small one. My advice to you would be not to post link lists as you did as I think that is unfair. I've always been told since I started to submit, build and submit again. Don't look back too much it isn't worth it just move on to the next site. By the way don't list sites like you did just don't submit to the ones your not happy with.
I know every one wants to make money it's why we do this. But we don't have to put down other people to do so. So move on!
