To throw another cliche at you, "you've got to spend money to make money." You get what you pay for when it comes to talent. If you want drunk streetwalkers to suck your cock for cash, don't count on reliability, or STD-free-ness.
Whether you're going for the "amateur" angle or not, treat everyone professionally and you're more likely to get the same in return. Getting a girl from a club really wasted and then taking nudes of her is not only ethically sketchy, but chances are, she's not going to be sober enough to complete a model release and be carrying two forms of ID.
