We really enjoyed the opening show here. I think they're finally getting closer to what future Survivor shows will be like.

I wonder how many will sign up to be on the show after they start having people really die in the challenges, and where you really have to 'survive' in order to win the prize money. Actually, here might be some interesting Jackass-Survivor cross-over players. I'd rather see that, than spend the time they do giving us insights into how the players are scheming to get ahead as the show progresses. Less alliances and more brutal challenges would make us happier here.

I think the challenges should be hard enough to be dangerous. A million dollars is either worth a little danger, a little risk, or it isn't. No one is forced to be on the show (as far as I know), so let them sign waivers and "let the games begin!"
