Now it mostly follows the rules. But anytime you use a banner with thumbs in it you may not get listed. Your banner is a gif so the thumbs only show up half of the time but it is still an issue.
Now make the site better. Add what we call sales text. Your pages look plain now. Talk about the site using good keywords too for the search engines. Like...
