Like I've said in other threads, if I click on your sponsor and can't click back to your site in one click I won't list your submit. Notice I didn't say no popups just no browser hijacking, or resizing etc.
Consoles are just one factor in my determination but they are the biggest factor. Followed closely by overused content.
