Linklist rules are like building sites for certain browsers... you can "max out" on certain features that will make things work for one group, and fail for the other, or you can settle on settings that satisfy most everyone. Under 800, 20-30 pics, 3 sponsor links per page, decent layout, no ugly screencaps from videos... nothing opening in new windows... all html in the same folder... you are pretty much good to go everywhere.
You live out on the edge, not everyone will go there with you.
