The last guy offered $2000 and I agreed to it - He chatted to me on ICQ and when I sorted my PC out there is now no sign of him.

To be honest it is a nice site even though it is a bit rough round the edges and does ok financially. The main reason for letting it go it that it could do with some extra time spent on it and I have another 3 link sites.
The link site is fully up-to-date with no backlogs.
The free sites are all listed in link sites and still have continuous traffic going to them so even if this doesn't sell fast I'm still making on it.
