If they are gone it's too bad. There was always hope that, being in Canada, they would evolve into a Canadian IPSP option for Canuck webmasters. They had all the infrastucture in place - they just needed to partner with a Canadian bank. There must have been good reasons behind the scenes why they couldn't make that happen, or they chose never to go that route because the market is too small.

Their site is up, but they still havent paid us for check&CC joins 2 years old.
I think its safe to say they are gone, or at the very least pretending to still exist.
