Seeing as there's 4 or 5 threads about this floating around, let's try to use just this one so I can track everything

Just spoke to the tech guys & while they can't see the error in their logs nor reproduce the error, they did adjust a couple of things that might be causing the problem.

So submit away & let me know if it goes thru or not.

If it doesn't go thru, post the domain & email that you tried submitting (not the URL, just the whatever.com)
