I've been using the Open Source version of conman since it went open source. The pgsql version released by atomic.
Conman does allow you to delete and modify. You just have to understand what the relationships are.
The first layer is the models. When you add a model you are assoicating those photos with content sets, categories or niches, that the photos belong to.
You can later delete the model if you wish. Or change the content sets the model belongs in.
The second part is the content sets, ie niches. You can add or remove a model's content from a particular content set from the list content set menu.
So a quick example would be: You buy rights to 100 pics of Luna, you add Luna as a model and associate her with the latina, babes, dancers, exotic, and tranny content sets. You quickly realize that Luna isn't a tranny so you click on list content sets, select tranny, and then find Luna in the model list and select remove.
So as far I can tell conman will do what you are asking for so far.
