Hidden away a few days ago while everyone was dinging the prez about his staged teleconference with "troops" (I call them troops but now at least one of them turns out to be a press assistant for the Army - and without any fanfare - the CIA has now officially created a domestic spying office - that domestic word being something that was against the charter of the CIA when it was formed but gee- the homeland security bill gives the prez the ability to do this now:
