Well, I never saw your first review, but here's my opinion on this one...
The white drop shadow is killing my eyes.
Important menu's -- in this case your category links -- need to be on the left for ease of use. If your surfers find your site difficult to navigate they won't come back. In fact, with my browser size, I didn't even realize those category links where there until I decided to try to figure out what your site was.
Those rounded corner graphics at the top of your main table are broken when your header text line wraps "Welcome to Pointing Percy's Porn Portal - Console Free Adult Links". Either use a smaller font or get rid of the fancy graphical rounding.
Your banners are dynamically loading, but not specific to the niche page I'm looking at, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
That's what I would begin with, fix those and we'll take a look at it again.
