The site is pretty good (although to be fair, I see about 100 sites a week with that same general template, so it isn't really unique). No real issues I can see.
However, the "bonus" content you are listing is very much overused, having been part of a content blowout special a while back that everyone and his dog seemed to buy (including me). You may find that you end up with sites getting rejected because the content you use to add "uniqueness" is in fact overused.
Just a thought...
