Ya know, rather than wondering, it's typically best practice to just ask them. If you do something wrong, you'll have made an enemy. If you ask, if there's a reason they don't want you doing so, they'll let you know -- and most of the time give you an alternative such as some alternate copy that they didn't use, or access to photos they're able to provide, etc.

Except for a select few who resent their affiliates, the affiliate programs would love to help you. The happier you are, and the more involved they can be with your marketing of their site, the better your marketing will be, and the more money you'll both make.
