This is in preparation for a scrape job it looks like - basically when they are ready they are going to start inserting their own aff codes - and since they are going to take the rankings in Google for this page - they will be positioned to basically "replace" all of Kalles listings in Google.
While some would consider this "ok" as there are quite a few people doing this type of stuff and getting away with it - Ive always held the position that it is unethical (there really is no illegal in the web world right now) and just the latest way to steal peoples rankings in the search engines.
My opinion flavored with way too much whiskey and beer and cajun food is that Kalle should send a C&D to their host - and if that doesnt work, file a DMCA with Google - get it published on Chilling Effects - and post on every board that these people are scammers - as this isnt the only site they have done it to - but then - thats just my opinion  |
