I've had an account with PeCash for years...they've always been good to me
Not aware of anyone having problems with them at all.
Oh, as a bonus...I buy all my own 'toys' through my affiliate link. PeCash doesn't mind...after all, they're still making the same amount. And I effectively a nice discount since they pay me commisions on stuff I sell to myself
