I had the same problem with a couple of mpgs the other day on another program's hosted stuff - our tech guy here on the board said they were encoded incorrectly & sent this info on one of the movies:

I sent that info the the sponsor & their tech guys knew what it meant
I think there's a new movie making program out there that's fucking up the movies when you try to play them in the defauly WMP
