I received a letter from a US attorney this morning, informing me that if I don't remove all depictions of the above named lady from my site that I will be named as a defendant in her action against a photographer who released her pictures without consent.

Some of you probably received the same letter, but for those who didn't and have pictures (or galleries) of Ms. Bragg, can I suggest you pull them down now... just in case.

The pending court action doesn't really affect me, because all I had was a link in a tgp list at the time they searched Google to find the 'offending' sites. What I found distressing is that the letter took only four days (and 2 of those days were on the weekend) to arrive. Sponsor/affiliate checks take over a week to get here from the US!
