If it looks too much like a trailer and not enough like just a clip, then I don't list it.
Some companies feel that for 2257 they need to make a declaration within the first 30 seconds or whatever, and providing the declaration is only the record keeper, I am TOLERANT. But if it is just advertising, then I call it a trailer and decline the site.
