Cleo - another kitten will take care of the current one's attacking body parts. I had one when I 1st moved out of my house & he attacked your feet every time you moved them...got him a little friend & they just attacked each other for the rest of their lives

I once had a cat that would sit on the back of a couch waiting for someone to sit down. When some unsuspecting person sat on the couch, the cat would attack the person's face. That was the only cat we had declawed. It used to be that as long as a cat didn't go outside, it was ok. Now they say that having a cat declawed is also having part of the toes amputated. So, none of that for our furnature ripping cats.
