In general a LL only lists freesites, which is a site in a particular format and requirements. These sites must also meet certain rules.
You can't apply the freesite rules to a blog, cause both are too different from each other.

Blog dump, dump your blogs, for example:
http://www.sexblogdump.com/
Blog directory, a categorized list of blogs:
http://www.adultblogdirectory.com/
Blog aggregator, a regular updated list with the latest blog entries of all submitted blogs:
http://www.sexblogdemon.com/
