webwoman, I will give you exactly one tip: Get a lawyer. A chat board isn't going to be able to help you with the issue you got. If your story is true, I have a feeling that your local police / community / neighbors have gotten together to get rid of you. The guy showing up with the money is a nice capper and that will go over really well.
