I don't know on the gay aspect as far as laws, and if they don't want any male/male contact, I'm betting they would'nt let couples go there so that the guy could fuck his wife while he watched in case they are looking for gay contact? A lot of the town HATES Richards, so I will keep you posted on the progress, but since it is already an existing brothel with a licence, I'm not sure what they could do to him.
