Nevada has weird laws to begin with, I know at least in Clark County (where Vegas is, not sure if state law or just county law) you cannot receive a massage from a person of the opposite sex. So if you are a guy, you need to have a male massuse. I'm sure it was written to keep massages from turning into "something more".

If they hire straight men to work there, I'm sure about the last thing they'd want to do is pleasure a gay guy.
