lol, does knowing the culture make the wallpaper any less ugly? There's tribes in Africa that build houses outta shit, I might understand the culture and the reason, but that don't make me want to live in a dung hut.
As for the rest of your statement, yeah, I agree...not all Russians or Eastern Europeans are cheaters. Not all American, Canadians, etc, are honest. That's why I try to deal with people on a case by case basis and not to generalize about them.
oh, umm, but I will stick with the generalization that all Russian wallpaper is ugly.
