I have to say that I agree with Alex 100% on this. Get the lawyer and stop posting on the boards. Make sure the lawyer is experienced in adult Internet-based business law and has a solid reputation. I'm sure people could recommend quite a few here on the boards... the first that come to mind would be JD Obenberger (
www.xxxlaw.net) and Larry Walters (
www.firstamendment.com) - but I know there are loads of fantastic lawyers in our industry that have the experience and knowledge to help you out here.
THAT is the only advice you need now - getting a lawyer, getting one fast and getting a good one.
