Yes, this is EXACTLY why I have moved to partner accounts. I no longer want to have to just "hope" that good people submit to me, but rather that I have a list of good people that I know will submit good sites to me. Partner accounts solve the issue for everyone involved.
As I said, I am tired of wading through an acre of shit to find a small sliver of gold. I am charging a little for my time, and I will weed out the good from the bad soon enough. I suspect my surfers will be happy, and increases in bookmarks and such will continue.
