well, I ran out of the office the other day in a hurry, UPS handed me a package. It seems the reason Toshiba cannot find my laptop is that they have already repaired it and sent it back. I wish I had checked that box MUCH earlier today, but, alas, finally, I can get back to work on my normal machine.
