Well, I am white trash, so that is seriously possible.
My principle fear (and I have many) is that their tenant, if he ever gets a car, may decide to jump the curb and park there. He is the same guy who threatened to have me driven from the community last week for wearing a "porn shirt". (No, he doesn't know about my sites) He is even more unstable than me, which is saying A LOT. I've already informed my wife, if the man steps foot on my side of the imaginary line, I shall bury him where he falls. Perhaps I'll plant a tree in his memory. No point in that really. They'll only ask if they can cut the fucking thing down.
