Every click to the gallery page is counted in just the same way as if you had sent it to the main page of my blog. It's real easy to get in the toplist which appears on every page of the site and will expose your link to a good amount of s.e. traffic, blog traffic, etc from my site.
The full list of galleries is on the signup page. It's usually a lot easier to get your visitors to view a content page instead of just clicking on a site link, so this is a great way to exchange traffic effectively.
