I've heard good things about both products. I have 2 concerns with NATS.
1. Thier statement that it's impossible to shave using NATS. Either they don't understand the issues or they think thier customers are idiots since that statement is obviously false.
2. The lack of source code. Everyone familiar with data security knows that you can't make such a statement as in item #1 without allowing the masses years to search the source. Then of course there's the issue of trusting someone enough to let them handle all your money without you being able to audit things.
I have heard good things about NATS support.
