I think that with enough effort and knowlege someone who knows what they are doing can crack any software. I highly doubt any programs using nats is doing that because if you have a programmer that's able to mess with it then chances are they can write an affiliate back end that does what you need for far less then most 3rd party system costs.
To say any product is shave proof or uncrackable (if that's a word) just means no one has figures it out yet. Whether it be nats, mpa3, or any product from a software developer.
I wouldn't go as far to say they are lying about it, but until someone can prove that it's possible to shave using their software they have the right to call it shave proof I suppose.
