That's the problem, it fails to do that
I used this link:
http://www.mywhitedicks.com/t1/pps=abcabc/ <-- for the sake of testing. You can NOT have used this link before. If you have, change the webmaster ID (abcabc).
This is what's in the join form:
<input type="hidden" name="advertid" value="smut360">
"smut360" instead of "abcabc".
If you try the link again, you will see the correct webmaster ID in the join form.
