LOL...thats the funniest part - the LLs that cosistently send good traffic (and even good SE traffic) dont have requirements like that
If they require an index page listing, make sure you require them to send productive and plentiful traffic
(disclaimer - there are 2 or 3 that I can think of that are worth the effort to make sure they are on the index page) The rest understand that the traffic trade is more important than the SE effect a PR1 or 2 site has on their own lists....they ought to spend the effort on building other sources of productive traffic on their LLs than worry about what page a recip is on...and get some good quality authoratative links for building their own SE rankings instead of spamming log stats and guestbooks.
