Stu I only started it on Monday, I am trying to get fit so I won't get pneumonia again. One morning I walk 4km and the next I walk 2 -3 and have a swim. I am increasing my laps each time.. yesterday it was 7 (350m) I also have made quitting smoking my new years resolution (again lol) and am going to join a swimming club and go each morning after new years.
