You should contact Xclusive Cash to see if the ccbill codes will work.
I know the owner of Dream Star Cash and here is what happened.
He owns PornstarDreams paysite. He made a deal to add DirtyDaisy to his program. After a while they (Her and her husband) didn't want to be part of it anymore. So when they left they also took the ccbill account with them. The PornstarDreams owner Steve was left with a paysite and no processing anymore.
He eventually got his site added to NS Cash since he knows them and promotes them himself.
Did he send emails out to let people know? I don't think so and SURELY should have.
