I totally disagree - there would be more companies operating out of the US - legitimize anything and they will come
The US will never let a bill like that go through - its been tried at least 3 times this year already and hundreds of times before - just another congressman trying to trump their own hand for 2006 elections - it will be gone in another 2 months when congress gets back
