The Patriotic Act was not extended today and it's possible that the Dubya's secret police will start having to act like the police of a democratic society again. We'll see what happens.

I was watching Scott McClellan take questions about both of these issues and he looked very nerveous and a bit angry. Well, at least as nerveous and angry and the stone man can look.
