That is what is known as broken English - or worse Babel English
Add to that a few factors like the whois is probably faked, the host is sketchy and a few other little details that might be borderline and I would say that most LLs are going to put this one in the marginal bin
Add in the fact that those pics look like vid caps, the resolution makes the pics pixallated and random order and thats a second rule down the drain
