Ah, that was me getting a little touchy towards the end of my 2 month back-logged queue.
Take a look at the recip table and think about the content of the site. The site itself is fine, but that recip table doesn't belong to that site. Earl doesn't use category-specific recips anymore (as you obviously know), so it's not a big deal to my list, and I usually wouldn't base my review on whether or not other lists are going to list the free site, but I do wonder if anyone else noticed that little faux paux and rejected you for it. If you resubmit it, I'll list it as is. I just wanted to make sure that you were aware of that oopsy.
