We really have no problem with non English speaking webmasters submitting sites but...the English used on the sites has to be right.
Terms like..."Every girls like hard dick, and we give it. Tones of pictures and hours of near DVD quality movies." won't get you there.
I have been on the non-English speaking webmaster's side on this site but...not on sites listed on Javes. The first thing a non-English webmaster should do if they want to do business in the English speaking world is either get a good proof reader or learn English.
