Hi, I do the affiliate support for both programs. Sometimes that issue does pop up and it's a pain. Can you send me your pimpID and aeID directly to tom [at] pimproll.com and I'll send it directly to the stats guy.
I think it happens due to a garbled product code coming back or something. But thankfully it always shows the sale happened, and points go up etc. and payout is good. But still, we'll get the correct $$ inserted for you ASAP.
