The only thing I see wrong with what you are 'doing' QuickDraw is that you are doing "what everyone else is doing". Which always seems like a good idea at the time...
.. Why not just submit to 12 linklists?
Thereby eliminating, any possible dup content "penalty",
... and eliminating, any problem with YOU having to duplicate content on your server,
... and eliminating the problem of creating multiple sub dirs.
... and allowing you to judge measure and asses you traffic and its value more easily
Submitting to 345,564,776,347,335 linkslists does not make you money.
Submitting to the 12 right ones CAN make you money!
