HOLY! lol....there are a lot of buttons. Anyways, I see Greenguy found some hotlinked buttons, probably best not to do that unless those sites allow it...if not, eventually you will be found out.
As for traffic, this is something that takes a lot of time to build up...its a lot of hard work and patience and it will increase over time. As others mentioned, there are some good reads in forums like GG & Jim, so make lots of coffee
