if he wants that domain he can take it from you
W.I.P.O will give it to him
its a text book case of bad faith use
the hun has been in this buisness a long time
in that time he has made a lot of friends
friends that maybe your sponsors
friends that may run your hosting company
friends that may own the boards you post on
a lot of doors could be shut in your face
today tomorrow and 2 years from now
why make an enemy out of him
your not making any money from that domain
if you were a smart person, you could use it to make a very valuable friend
think about it..........
