Actually, there's probably like over 200 sponsors out there big and small and then the individual ones that use ccbill on their own. Quick answer though is nope, I bet most have not seen them all or at least recognized them because most seem to go to the big sponsor names which is how you get the over saturation.
To be honest, I do well with a select list of about 10 big sponsors (but all are the not the common ones most use) and I do use many small individual ones. Most of the small ones I use are ccbill based.
Anyways, I will check out your PM now, then its off to bed I go due to the 16 hours I just did...lol
